Dear Madam, Leave request letter I’m writing this letter to request you to grant me 7 days leave starting from Wednesday 16th of march to Wednesday 23rd of march 2016.

This is due to the treatment of my son which I need to donate blood to him.
Currently as im talking to you now, no blood is marching his group and it has become necessary for me to do that.
